Born and raised on the island, Wesley combines deep local knowledge and an understanding of its distinct property characteristics with the wider perspective gained across both the Isle of Man and the UK, delivering advice that is practical, clear, and strategically focused.

Wesley is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers, an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and an RICS Registered Valuer. He is a Master of Science (MSc) candidate in Real Estate at Northumbria University, where he ranks in the top 5% of his cohort and has achieved distinction in each module, while engaging with leading professionals across the industry.

With more than 15 years of experience in property and construction, Wesley’s career spans major UK developments including Bellway and Jeakins Weir, where he was involved in both the construction and the sale of off plan homes, estate agency including marketing prime multimillion pound properties in the Midlands, and time in London’s alternative investment sector, advising high net worth clients on niche investment opportunities. This breadth of experience enables him to deliver reports that are not only technically precise but strategically informed.

Wesley began on construction sites, learning first hand how homes are built, a marked contrast to the standard route into surveying, which is often purely academic without practical construction experience. That foundation, strengthened by professional study and client side roles, underpins the clarity, practicality, and rigour that now define his approach.

Outside of practice, Wesley is a dedicated family man. When not advancing knowledge in real estate, his time is spent with loved ones, a reminder that property is never just about buildings, but about the people and futures they hold.
